The Ballroom Climbing Wall is looking for an experienced manager to join our team in Coventry. As
the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our centre. If
you thrive in a vibrant workplace and are a natural at steering a team, this role is right up your
street.
What You Will Be Doing:
Guiding our brilliant team to be their best.
Ensuring our climbers have top-notch experiences every time.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the centre.
Boosting our presence in the local community
Generating leads for group bookings with local groups and schools.
Coming up with creative ideas to keep our climbers returning.
Tackling day-to-day challenges and ensuring everything ticks over smoothly.
Keeping up with the latest in climbing and injecting new ideas.
Reporting back to the management team with updates and insights.
We Need Someone Who Is:
Experienced in managing a team, ideally in a leisure or climbing environment.
Brilliant with people, inspiring a team to work together effectively.
A natural at customer service and solving problems.
Organised, even when under pressure.
Knowledgeable about health and safety.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
First aid trained (desirable)

Job Description
This part time job role is perfect for people with a passion for climbing. In this role you will mainly be instructing sessions such as our array of kids sessions, scout groups and school groups along with the occasional 1:1 coaching session.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
What we are looking for
Applicants must be a friendly, outgoing individual with climbing experience.
This is a part time role in customer service. This position requires you to fulfil a multitude of roles within the company from receptionist checking in customers and responding to emails to instructing groups and general cleaning.
